Blustery and cold winds returned Thursday due to a cold front. As winds veer out of the west-northwest at 10 to 25 mph, colder air will filter back in from Canada. High temperatures will reach the upper 30s to near 40°. Factor in the gusty winds, and feels like temperatures will stay in the upper 20s to low 30s. Despite the chill, we can expect partly to mostly sunny skies.
