Witnesses say a man was pinned underneath the car, with the tire on his leg.

People from surrounding stores rallied together to lift the car off his leg and pull him out from underneath.

Some nurses nearby were able to place a tourniquet on his leg as fire crews responded.

The driver was an older woman, witnesses tell WLWT. It's unclear what exactly caused the crash. Photos show the front of the building completely broken with glass shattered all over the floor.
