A federal-county investigation has led to the arrest of a Mobile man for soliciting a minor for sex and sending them “obscene material.”

According to a Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office release, 24-year-old Antoine Watts was arrested on Monday, Dec. 8, following a setup investigation put on by the BCSO and the Department of Homeland Security.
