Tess Daly said she was 'so sad' as she addressed the latest Strictly Come Dancing goodbye while giving fans a glimpse behind-the-scenes before her own exit from the show.

The broadcaster has been giving her social media followers a glimpse at how she prepares for a live show and what happenes inbetween filming as she prepare to bow out of the popular programme at the end of the current series.
