Danny Rohl admits he’s still not sure if Rangers will have Nasser Djiga available this weekend before he jets off to the African Cup of Nations. ‌

The Burkina Faso international is available for Thursday night’s Europa League clash in Budapest against Ferencvaro, and he’ll then be due to join up with his Stallions team-mates ahead of the African finals in Morocco - including Hearts striker Landry Kabore. ‌

FIFA rules state clubs must release participating players by December 15 but that’s the same date as Gers host Hibs at home. ‌

But Rohl hasn’t given up hope of persuading the Burkinabé Football Federation to let Wolves loanee Djiga stay in Glasgow a little longer to face David Gray’s side.
