An AI-altered photo of a mystery man struck by a Harlem subway train has been released by the hospital where he has been recovering for nearly two months.
The patient is unable to communicate and remains hosptilized after being discovered badly injured on the tracks for the Nos. 2 and 3 trains at the 110th St.-Malcom X Plaza stop shortly before 10 p.m. Oct. 15. Authorities believe he had been struck by one or two trains.
Mt. Sinai Morningside staffers used AI to reconstruct an image of what the victim would look like uninjured in the hopes somebody will recognize him.
Cops believe the victim is homeless and don’t know what he was doing on the tracks.
The hospital describes the patient as Black, 5-foot-6 and 153 pounds with dark brown eyes, black hair and facial hair. He’s estimated to
