EXCLUSIVE: After four years at TelevisaUnivision , Adam Waltuch, the media giant’s EVP of Global Distribution and Partnerships, is leaving the Daniel Alegre -led company.

“We are grateful for his leadership over the last 4 years and the many contributions he has made to the company,” said the Miami and Mexico City-based conglomerate’s EVP Partnerships John Farrell in an internal note to staff late last month announcing Waltuch’s departure. “He was instrumental in shaping out global distribution strategy following the merger and in accelerating ViX ’s expansion through strategic partnerships, making it one of the most widely distributed services in the world.”
