A surprise name popped up on the Cleveland Browns injury list Tuesday, Dec. 9.
The team announced that running back Jerome Ford will spend the rest of the season on injured reserve with a previously unknown shoulder injury.
He will join center Ethan Pocic who suffered a season-ending injury to his Achilles in the team’s loss to the Tennessee Titans Dec. 7.
According to a release, Pocic started the first 13 games at center and has started 57 games since joining the Browns as an undrafted free agent in 2022. Ford appeared in all 13 games and recorded 73 rushing yards and 26 receptions for 103 yards this season.
