The Pulaski County High School football team was celebrated Tuesday by the Pulaski County Fiscal Court following the Maroons' remarkable season, finishing as the Class 5A state runners-up with a 12–3 record. In addition to the recognition for their athletic achievements, the team received a special award tied to the country’s upcoming 250-year anniversary celebration.

Pulaski County Government Executive Assistant John Alexander addressed the team and community members during the ceremony.
