The caravan fire that claimed the lives of a man and his 10-year-old daughter in Skegness earlier this year has been ruled "accidental, undetermined" by a coroner. "Lifelong Liverpool supporter" Lee Baker and his daughter Esme, from Retford, were on a short break in Ingoldmells when their caravan was engulfed in flames at around 3am on Saturday, April 5.

Following their deaths, there was an outpouring of grief in the community. Flowers and tributes were placed outside the Sandancer Pub at the Golden Beach Holiday Park, where Lee owned a caravan, and relatives described him as a “great father.”
