A caravan fire that killed a dad and his daughter while they were on holiday has been ruled as "accidental, undetermined" by a coroner. An inquest heard 10-year-old Esme Baker was awake when flames engulfed her dad Lee's caravan at around 3am on April 5 this year.

Lincoln Coroner's Court heard today (December 9) how the tragedy occurred at Golden Beach Holiday Park in Ingoldmells, Lincolnshire. The pair's loved ones were present as witnesses from the emergency services gave evidence detailing Lee and Esme's terrifying final moments.
