LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - The Lake Charles Fire Department confirmed it is investigating a deadly fire on East Friesen Road, which is south of Lincoln Road.

Information is limited at this time. The victim’s identity is not being released pending notification of next of kin.

Our crew reported seeing several Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office vehicles at the scene.
