Santa Bill fills 20 carts full of toys to give to kids in the Children's Hospital

Bill Turney, also known as "Santa Bill", has been bringing joy to patients at the Children's Hospital of Illinois for 29 years by providing them with gifts, including $100,000 worth of toys this year.
