FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Fulton County election officials said a poll worker involved in last Tuesday’s runoff elections will not be allowed to work for the county again after she scanned multiple ballots.

The incident happened at the voting precinct located at Dobbs Elementary School, where officials said the poll worker scanned her ballot and four other ballots belonging to family members that were not at the precinct.

County officials said the poll worker was immediately escorted out by a Fulton County Police officer. The county has since reported the matter to the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office. Both the Secretary of State's office and the Fulton County Police are investigating.
