Acadia Parish mourns loss of Police Juror Walter Andrus

Walter Andrus, the Police Juror for District 1, has passed away, leaving the Acadia Parish community in mourning, and flags at the Acadia Parish Courthouse have been lowered to half-staff in his honor.
