Heavy rain causes flood threat across Pacific Northwest

Millions are under flood watches as days of heavy rain are expected to soak parts of the Pacific Northwest. Meanwhile, two clipper systems are on the way bringing more snow and strong winds. NBC News’ Erin McLaughlin reports from Poughkeepsie, New York.
