The steady, poised gaze of Brian Lusk as he fielded questions about the future of El Paso Independent School District was a confident beginning as he becomes its new superintendent.
The Dallas-based educator with 30 years of experience has overseen 228 Dallas schools and led academics, college and career readiness, counseling services, innovation, and athletic initiatives, but he already has vision for El Paso ISD that involves community collaboration.
