2Two TAKE 5 players strike it rich in Elmont and Kew Gardens with matching $17K wins

Queens, NY — Two lucky New Yorkers are holding top-prize-winning TAKE 5 tickets worth $17,332 each after matching all five numbers in the evening drawing on December 5, according to the New York Lottery.

The winning tickets were sold at two separate locations. In Elmont, YOUR FOOD & SNACKS ZONE at 1624 Dutch Broadway sold one of the prize-winning tickets. In Queens, FAST & FRESH SUPERMARKET at 125-10 Queens Boulevard in Kew Gardens sold the other.

Each winner secured the full top prize of $17,332 by selecting the correct five numbers drawn in the TAKE 5 EVENING game. The numbers are chosen from a pool of 1 through 39. The game is drawn twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
