The Bristol Police Department says a weeks-long narcotics probe led officers to a Race Street apartment where they found a gun, drugs, and cash. The investigation began after officers received “multiple complaints" from neighbors who were fed up with alleged drug dealing.

Officers were first alerted to the apartment in October, and after a lengthy investigation, a detective built enough evidence to get a search warrant for the home on Dec. 9.

Authorities arrested Noah Celestin, 22, and Brian Davis, 58, during the raid, Bristol police said. Both men have criminal histories.

Bristol police noted that Davis has an extensive criminal history with multiple arrests for narcotic violations and convictions.

Inside the apartment, officers seized a Beretta pistol, ammunition, crack cocaine, fentanyl, various pills, U.S. cash, packaging material, and a digital scale, police said.

Celestin was charged with possession with intent to sell and drug paraphernalia, authorities said. He was held on a $25,000 surety bond.

Davis was charged with possession with intent to sell, drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, criminal possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, and the illegal sale/transfer of a pistol, authorities said. He was held on a $100,000 surety bond.

Bristol police said the arrests show the department's dedication to tackling drug crime.
