Andhra Pradesh IT and Industries Minister Nara Lokesh met Sundar Pichai, Chief Executive Officer of Alphabet Inc and Google, and Shantanu Narayen, CEO of Adobe, in San Francisco (the US) on December 10.

“We reviewed progress of their landmark $15 billion investment in the Visakhapatnam AI Data Center, which is set to be one of the largest FDI projects. We reviewed progress and discussed accelerating timelines,” he said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

He also invited Google to explore the establishment of a drone assembly, calibration and testing unit in AP’s upcoming Drone City and deepen the server manufacturing ecosystem in AP, he said.
