Applicants of a proposed agricultural research center in the town of Oneonta offered some clarifying information regarding their business plan Tuesday, Dec. 9 during a presentation to the Oneonta Town Board.

The applicants are Tirusha Dave and Prashanth Gorantala, who are representatives from EcoYotta Inc.
