For most of us, morning starts with a set routine — a series of rituals that stay more or less the same every day. A hot cup of tea or coffee, maybe a quick breakfast, sometimes a glass of warm milk, or for some, a glass of smoothie packed with all the nutritious and necessary ingredients.
