A New York City woman is suing Chipotle , DoorDash and the worker who delivered her food, alleging she “bit into a rodent” contained within the chicken burrito bowl she ordered.

According to a civil complaint filed Monday in New York County Supreme Court, Gia Bernhardt, 24, placed an order on Jan. 11 from the Third Ave. Chipotle on the Upper East Side, between East 84th and 85th streets.

Upon her order being delivered by the “dasher,” she dug into her food, only to “bite into a rodent … and thereby suffer and sustain severe bodily injuries,” per the complaint, first reported on Tuesday by The Independent .
