A Delhi court on Tuesday (December 9, 2025) granted bail to 10 protesters arrested in connection with a protest at Kartavya Path, where slogans were allegedly raised in support of slain Maoist commander Madvi Hidma .

The court, which was hearing the bail pleas of 12 accused, however, declined the relief to one and adjourned the plea of another to Wednesday (December 10, 2025).

Judicial Magistrate Aridaman Singh Cheema granted bail to Ahan Arun Upadhyay, Sameer Faiyaz, Vishnu Tiwari, Satyam Yadav, Prakash Raj Gupta, Shreshth Mukund, Banka Akash, Aatreya Chaudhary, Tanya Shrivastav and Abhinash Satyapati on a bond of ₹15,000 each.
