Mumbai: The BSE Sensex jumped 222.77 points to 84,889.05 in early trade on 10 December 2025 (Wednesday). The NSE Nifty gained 60.35 points to 25,900.00.

Market breadth remained strong. 1439 shares advanced, while 727 declined and 146 remained unchanged. Hindalco, Trent, Tata Steel, Jio Financial and Max Healthcare were the top gainers in Nifty, while Titan Company, Bajaj Finance, SBI Life Insurance, TCS and Cipla were seen under pressure.

Swiggy shares in focus

Swiggy shares were trading in the green, up 0.87% at Rs 401.5. The company’s QIP opened on December 9th, with a floor price of Rs 390.51 per share.
