New LSU head coach Lane Kiffin has found himself under scrutiny over something you don’t often hear regarding college coaches.
The former Ole Miss custodian has signed a massive $91 million deal with the university, bringing an end to his tenure at Mississippi.
Reportedly included in the deal is a clause that would help out if his old house is sold for less than he paid for it. Kiffin has moved, so there’s little chance of keeping his pad at Oxford.
Kiffin reportedly listed the purchase price of his old home at $2.89 million. However, Sportico’s Daniel Libit has investigated this matter and is reported to have found evidence that he actually purchased it for $1.65 million.
The house is located less than four miles from the University of Mississippi and is situated near a golf course.
