New Delhi: Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra, owners of the Goa nightclub where a devastating fire claimed 25 lives, have filed a petition for anticipatory bail in Delhi’s Rohini Court to avoid arrest.
The petition will be heard later in the day. Meanwhile, the Luthra brothers continue to remain absconding.
A blue corner INTERPOL notice has been issued against both of them as efforts to trace their whereabouts continue.
Earlier on Tuesday, the Goa Police detained Ajay Gupta, one of the four owners of the ‘Birch by Romeo Lane’ nightclub.
With Gupta’s detention, the total number of people taken into custody in the case has now risen to six, police officials said on Wednesday.
