Prince Harry has been warned about the costly "consequences" of his £38 million privacy case against the Daily Mail amid spiralling legal fees. The Duke of Sussex is one of seven high-profile figures suing the publishers of the Mail and Mail on Sunday over alleged unlawful information gathering dating back decades, something the Associated Newspaper group denies.
The case, which has been ongoing since 2022, is expected to go to full trial in January, but the prince and his fellow claimants have been issued a warning over the substantial costs they would be liable to pay in the event of a defeat.
