A third Oregon defensive back intends to transfer.

Reserve safety Solomon Davis will enter the transfer portal, he posted to Instagram .

The redshirt sophomore has six tackles in 12 games this season, appearing mostly on special teams. Davis has played 40 snaps on defense and 97 snaps on special teams.

He had three tackles in 13 games last season and appeared in two games while redshirting in 2023.

On3 first reported Davis’ intent to transfer. He has two years of eligibility.

His departure will be the third by a UO defensive back, joining Jahlil Florence and Dakoda Fields.
