Ritter and Spool, a new apartment complex in downtown Rogers, has begun leasing and opens officially Wednesday.

The property at 104 W. Chestnut St. is made up of two three-story buildings and is located within a short walk to shops and cafes. The public is invited to attend an opening ceremony and guided tours from 3-4 p.m. Wednesday.

"We're excited to continue working in downtown Rogers and providing more housing in this vibrant area," Ward Davis, founding principal of High Street Real Estate and Development, the company behind the project, said in a statement. "Ritter and Spool is designed to be a modern space with classic design."
