NEW DELHI: In the upscale neighbourhood of Outram Lines in Mukherjee Nagar stands a four-storeyed house, its doors shuttered and curtains drawn, and a lone black Labrador keeping watch. A sign inviting good fortune — ‘Mangalam' — hangs outside. It's the family home of brothers Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra, owners of the Goa nightclub where 25 people died in a fire, who have allegedly fled to Phuket.
