RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Property management company PK Management is closing its facility in Richmond Heights, resulting in the loss of nearly 70 jobs.

The company filed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification notice with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services announcing its intention to close the location at 26301 Curtiss-Wright Parkway.

Layoffs of 67 people begin Feb. 1 and include the company’s president, CFO, and several vice presidents and directors, the notice said. Also affected are accounting, compliance, facilities management and executive leadership positions.

The largest impact will be felt in the compliance department, with 11 specialists and managers losing their jobs.
