A business in Chhattisgarh’s Raipur has levied shocking allegations against a female DSP in the state, accusing her of cheating, blackmail and bribery. According to businessman Deepak Tandon, DSP Kalpana Verma, who is posted in Chhattisgarh’s Dantewada, extorted over Rs 2 crore from him over the past few years. The businessman also accused her of taking expensive cars and precious jewellery from him.

Kalpana has denied all the accusations, calling them baseless.

According to Deepak’s complaint, he met Kalpana Verma in 2021. He claims that the duo later entered into a relationship. Soon, Kalpana began exerting pressure on Deepak, according to the complaint. Deepak’s wife, Barkha, has also supported his allegations.
