Shah Rukh Khan Dubai tower: Shah Rukh Khan’s enduring global appeal has once again taken centre stage, this time far beyond the silver screen. A landmark commercial tower in Dubai named after the Jawan actor has been reported to sell out within a single day of its launch.

Launched by Danube Properties, SHAHRUKHZ by Danube has been described as the first commercial building in the world branded after a Bollywood star. The Dh2.1-billion project spans over one million square feet of built-up area and will feature 488 units. The 55-storey tower is being constructed along Sheikh Zayed Road and is scheduled for completion in 2029. Unit prices reportedly began at Dh2 million, with demand surging immediately after the launch.
