A man accused of siccing his dog on two cats in Harrisburg, killing them earlier this year, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of his friend in October.

Police did not publicly release information on the death of Frederick Moten, 61, after he spent one month at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center for a traumatic brain injury. PennLive found out about it while pursuing a different story.

He was taken to the hospital after police say Trent Gray punched him, causing him to fall and hit his head.
