Mathys Tel revealed he is in regular contact with Heung-min Son , describing his former Tottenham captain as a "big brother".

Son returned to Spurs on Tuesday night for the first time since he left the club in the summer to join LAFC.

He was on the pitch ahead of the 3-0 Champions League win over Slavia Prague to address the fans, t elling them the club would "always be my home".

Son then watched from the stands as the north Londoners made it back-to-back wins to further ease the pressure on Thomas Frank after a disastrous November.

Tel came off the bench for his first Champions League minutes of the season, having replaced Dominic Solanke in the squad in the build-up to the match.
