In a move aimed at boosting Mulund’s overall development, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has granted permission to the Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) to conduct a feasibility study for a proposed golf course at the dumping ground. The decision, issued by the BMC’s Solid Waste Management Department on Wednesday, has been welcomed by local Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislator Mihir Kotecha, who had first proposed the project.
