FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Light rain continues to fall this morning, but it will eventually change back over to scattered snow.
Luckily, the early morning commute will just feature rain. Temperatures look to remain above freezing until 10/ 11 am. In the midmorning and afternoon snow will begin to mix in and take over. Slick spots will be possible this afternoon and evening on wet roads that are untreated (of course, this will all be dependent on how crews will be able to thoroughly treat roads). Scattered snow will develop off Lake Michigan tonight into early tomorrow, bringing a trace to just under an inch of snow in some spots. Gusty winds up to 40 mph last this morning, but winds will gradually ease throughout the day.
