Although the southern Wisconsin had a drier period for the early morning hours, snowfall is wrapping around the low pressure that brought that evening precipitation. Madison will see snowfall start up again by 6 am and continue through 9 am, depositing another 0.5-1" of accumulation during the morning commute. This snowfall is very wet, and with road temperatures below freezing, we'll have a lot of slick roads, so take it easy while traveling this morning. This afternoon, we'll be cloudy as Madison reaches a high of 28 degrees, but we're also windy, with northerly winds gusting up to 35 mph.
