Google introduced a new Raise to Talk gesture with the Pixel Watch 4 , allowing users to summon Gemini by simply raising their wrist. Now, the company is bringing two more AI-powered gestures to its smartwatch that will let users do more one-handed.

Google announced the new Double pinch and Wrist turn gestures in a recent blog post , and they will roll out to the Pixel Watch 4 with the December 2025 software update based on Wear OS 6.1. These gestures will allow users to perform different actions, such as scroll through notifications, dismiss notifications, or snooze alarms. Along with the new gestures, the update will bring enhanced Smart Replies that utilize on-device Gemma-based language models to generate replies for Google Messages and more, even when the watch is not connected
