An urgent plea has been issued on behalf of a family after the house they were living in burnt down weeks before Christmas. Nicolle Long, 35, has asked for help for her sister Georgia Sharp after a house fire left her young family with nothing.

Nicolle, from Burnley in Lancashire, has worked tirelessly after the fire in Sowerby Bridge, Yorkshire, turned Georgia's life upside down. It happened on November 19 when a toaster that was left plugged in set their home alight , according to her sister.
