A new Ford Motor Co. parts warehouse is coming to Frenchtown Charter Township .

InSite Real Estate LLC of Oak Brook, Ill. will develop a 1.5-million-square-foot facility for Ford on roughly 200 acres of vacant land at Telegraph and Buhl roads. The facility will be valued at about $195 million, said Kyle Bryant, Frenchtown Charter Township clerk.
