CRAWFORD COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — Four people arrested after an alleged kidnapping plot pleaded not guilty on Tuesday.
Tamara "Tammi" Hamby, David Quach, Nico Austria, and Shannon Childers are all being charged with conspiring to commit kidnapping, false imprisonment in the first degree, abuse of an endangered or impaired adult, battery in the third degree, and second-degree terroristic threatening.
All four defendants are being represented by the same attorney, who, on Dec. 9, filed not guilty pleas and waived formal arraignments on their behalf.
