A man crossing East Mulberry Street was killed after being hit by a vehicle on the night of Dec. 1.

Colorado State Patrol, which investigated the crash, did not provide the man's identity, but his family told the Coloradoan that Charles Winters, 37, was the person killed.

Around 8:44 p.m., Winters was crossing Mulberry near Air Park Drive from north to south, according to information provided by the Colorado State Patrol, which was the primary investigator of the crash.
