JAMMU: J&K Police’s State Investigation Agency ( SIA ) attached the property of a Pakistan-based Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist in Doda district on Wednesday. Officials identified the accused as Zahid Hussain, a self-styled commander of the proscribed outfit. A native of Mangota village in Doda’s Marmat area, he had illegally crossed over to Pakistan in 2000 and has since been operating from across the border. Hussain was involved in radicalising and recruiting Kashmiri youth as overground workers through social media platforms, officials said.
