Male cat owners like Dr Evil are increasingly becoming a hit with the ladies, a new study suggests. Over a third of male cat owners - 36% - said having a feline companion had boosted their love life.

And three in 10 Brits said they were more likely to date a bloke who lives with a moggy. While two in five are drawn to fellas who include their mouser in online dating profile pictures.
