CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A second man was charged with first and second degree murder in connection to a deadly shooting in Kanawha County on December 7.
On December 7, Charleston Police were dispatched to 808 Main St. regarding a male being shot, according to a criminal complaint.
Police found Joshua Walls lying on the ground at the location and he was taken to CAMC General Hospital. Walls later died as a result of two gun shot wounds to his torso.
Walls’ residence, 808 Main St., had a Ring doorbell, which showed recorded footage of two people approaching it. One of the individuals appeared to be wearing a ski mask and prescription glasses.
In the footage, police said a male voice asked who was at the door, resulting in one of the individuals replying “Jack.” The front door opened a
