ROCHESTER, Minn. — Olmsted County, along with 10 other counties in Southeastern Minnesota, received a County Achievement Award from the Association of Minnesota Counties for their innovative regional population health data model. Olmsted County Public Health Services (OCPHS) spearheaded the effort by utilizing a grant from the Minnesota Department of Health Infrastructure Fund in 2022. This initiative allowed counties like Dodge, Fillmore, and Freeborn to access real-time health data and analysis.
