FORT HOOD, Texas — The Fort Hood Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation will host Fort Hood Fight Night: Championship at 6 p.m. Dec. 12 at the Abrams Physical Fitness Center.

The event will showcase seven championship bouts featuring active-duty soldiers from units across the installation. Each match will consist of three two-minute rounds, with winners crowned in their respective weight classes. Champions will go on to represent Fort Hood against other III Armored Corps installation winners this summer.

Organizers say the evening will have a high-energy atmosphere, with performances by the USA Cheerleaders. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
