CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A judge on Wednesday revoked the deferred adjudication for one of the five suspects in a North View shots-fired case.

Harrison Chief Judge Christopher J. McCarthy accepted the felony wanton endangerment plea made last July by Wyatt Lee Furner, 20, of Clarksburg, after hearing a probation officer testify that Furner was trying to recruit others to gang-like behavior; that he was associating with convicted felons; that he lied to Probation Officer Megan Fox; and that he admitted using steroids he'd gotten off the streets.

McCarthy set sentencing for 2 p.m. Jan. 15.

Furner could face anywhere from a year in prison to up to five years in prison, although the defense is likely to ask for an alternative sentence that will include over 70 days in jail by the time the senten
